1. When can I track my order?
A: At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier\'s tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on Dailyshop.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on Dailyshop.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.
2. My order is shipped, why isn\'t there any tracking information available online for the registered Airmail/EMS/UPS/DHL package?
A: Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time when the item leaves Dailyshop and the time when it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. In terms of Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS/DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
3. When will my order be usually delivered after it is dispatched by your company?
A: It usually depends on the destination. Items that are shipped via regular post service arrive in USA，Canada within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse; within around 15-25 full business days to Britain, France or Australia; within 3-5 weeks to some European countries, Mid-East and Asia countries, such as Spain, Netherland, Finland, Japan, South Korea. Items that are shipped via such express mail as EMS, UPS or DHL arrive at the destination in 3-7 full business days after leaving the warehouse.
4. Why is my order shipped separately?
A: There are mainly two reasons for that. One is that some items in your order are back ordered ones. We don’t want to delay the delivery of the reminders. So items in stock will usually be shipped in advance. Back ordered items will be shipped timely they are sourced later. The other is that some special items include easily-detained accessories such as batteries. The carrier will usually separate the items to make the shipment. Especially you choose such express mail as DHL/UPS. The main product will be sent by what shipping method you chose while such accessories as batteries will be usually sent by regular post service which will be cleared by the customs more easily.
5. Which website should I use to track my package?
A: If a tracking number is available for your order. we will send an email to tell you about it within 24 hours of your order being shipped.
