1. How long can I receive my Refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation. For credit card payment, refund time may vary from different issuing banks' policies. You may call your credit card issuing Bank to verify your refund.
2. What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received (not quality problems), we will issue you the full refund or replacement except custom clothes (wedding dress, ceremonial products). For custom clothes we will not issue refund or exchange products if it is not required as quality problem.
3. Why not we support the dress refund?
Because the dress is customed according to the requirements of customer by hand and dispatched the destination, we can not support the refund. Hope to get your understanding. Moreover, custom-made/Tailor-made items, such as the wedding dress, ceremonial products, we can not support the refund either. But if it has some quality problems when you get the item, please take some photos including package photos, items’ full figure photos, and damaged item photos in details, then send the pictures to our email address, email@example.com with attachments. We will give you a response within around 48 hours about the refund.
