1. How is the policy? How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization from Dailyshop.com?

Dailyshop products are produced by manufacturers all over the place. While we strive to provide you with quality merchandise at a competitive price, a product might not perform as expected by the time it's delivered. In such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement.

Defective products are exchanged within 30 days of shipment. But please take some photos including package photos, items’ full figure photos, and damaged item photos in details, and send the pictures to our email address, support@dailyshop.com with attachments. We will give you a response within about 48 hours.

We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition. Our customer specialists may request that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and help you resolve any product or order related questions.

Choose USPS as your return shipping method, with shipping fee on us. If you choose other couriers, we will only cover a shipping fee estimated by USPS. And when you return the product, keep the courier receipt and offer it to us.

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, Please immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.

Please note: For other non-quality-problem item return, shipping fee should be covered by the buyer.
